Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification e-mail that contains your airway bill number, which can be used for tracking your package.

Return Policy

We will accept merchandise for return within 30 days. After 30 days, all returns which comply with our standard return requirements will receive store credit only. There are very important things you must do should you decide to return merchandise to Bangkokbest.com. Please read carefully and take the time to ensure that you have followed the instructions to avoid any delay in processing your return or exchange. Please note the particulars of the Return Policy.

Damaged Goods

Our Shipping Team makes every effort to prevent shipping damage, however on rare occasions, stuff happens. So, for your protection, please do not sign for merchandise until you inspect for damage, and keep the original shipping carton. If there appears to be shipping damage, you need to do the following:

Quickly contact your local UPS or DHL office for a Damage Inspection Report.
Request that UPS or DHL return the merchandise to the address listed on the package.
Do NOT return the merchandise yourself as this may delay your reorder or credit.

Merchandise is not what you expected?

All merchandise for return requires a Return Authorization code from Thailand-best.com and must be returned prepaid in the original packaging in resale condition. You must return the package whereby a signature is required upon receipt. E-mail: return@bangkokbest.com for a Return Authorization Code, which must be clearly displayed on each returned box. Please keep in mind, shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

At your request and upon receipt of goods, Thai crafts will:

issue you a Thai crafts store credit for 100% of the purchase price of the merchandise only.
replace the merchandise.
credit the purchase price of the merchandise only to your original credit card account.

In some cases there may be a restocking fee on certain items.

Bangkokbest.com is not responsible for shipping charges on returns. It is recommended that you insure the package, and ship requiring a signature upon receipt. Additionally, we strongly suggest that you follow-up with our customer service department 2-3 weeks after returns are shipped to ensure that your package has been received. A 15% handling fee will be deducted from any credits issued if the merchandise is not returned in the original packaging and in resale condition. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
